Data & deletion help
Manage local records, optional connections, and copies you have shared.
Effective November 1, 2026
Delete an individual entry
Use the deletion control where the entry is logged. Review which item is selected before confirming. Hiding an area of the app keeps its saved history.
Delete categories of local data
Open Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete data. Choose the categories you want to remove and review the confirmation. Deleting data is different from hiding an app area or turning off a permission.
Manage Apple Health separately
Reading Health data and sharing workouts or food logs are separate choices. Review Strenra’s Health controls and manage system access in iPhone Settings or Apple Health. Removing local Strenra data does not itself remove copies in Apple Health. Review those records in Apple Health separately.
Review a private iCloud setup snapshot
If you saved a supported private iCloud setup backup, review or remove it in Account. This snapshot contains supported setup preferences, not your workout or food history. Removing local data and removing the private iCloud snapshot are separate actions.
Exports and shared files
Files you save or send through the share sheet are separate copies. Remove them from the destination you chose, including any cloud drive or recipient, where possible. Deleting local entries cannot recall files already shared.
Support email and feedback
For a request about messages or attachments sent to support, email Strenra@ironbattalion.net. Identify the relevant message without attaching a full health export. Support may need enough information to find the record and verify the request.
Before removing the app
Check whether you want an available export first. Local-first storage is not a promise of recovery after app removal, device loss, or device reset. A setup snapshot is not a complete app backup.
