Safety
General fitness guidance has limits. Your symptoms and circumstances matter more than a score.

What Strenra provides
Strenra is for general fitness. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and its guidance does not replace advice from a qualified health professional. Recovery scores and workout suggestions are estimates based on the information available; they cannot rule out a medical problem.
Adjusting your workout
Strenra may suggest less weight, fewer sets, different exercises, or rest. Your current plan and the information available help determine those adjustments. Missing or uncertain information should not be treated as proof that you can do more.
Safety restrictions
Safety restrictions still apply when you edit a workout or use your own routine. Changing a preference or confirming a warning cannot remove a hard safety limit. You can stop or leave a workout. Logging what you did records your activity; it is not a recommendation to repeat it.
During exercise
Stop an exercise that causes new or worsening pain, dizziness, or unusual breathlessness. Seek medical advice before continuing if symptoms persist or you are unsure what is appropriate for you.
Urgent symptoms
For severe chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, or a collapse, stop and contact your local emergency service.
Food, hydration, and other estimates
Nutrition capture and voice entry can be wrong. Review foods, quantities, units, and captured values before saving. Food, hydration, and recovery information is general guidance, not a clinical assessment or a treatment plan.
